12th February - 6-9pm Join us for the Immersive Private View of Adeche Atelier's stunning Exhibition 'Shaped From Earth': A contemporary exhibition of original acrylic and oil paintings by creative couple Adeche Atelier, exploring African cultural forms through traditional hairstyles, masks and masquerade, folktales, and deities.
The Show will run from the 12th February - 20th March 2026 and the creative couple will hold a Sip & Paint on the 20th of February, and a closing show with an artist panel Q&A on the 13th March.
Shaped From Earth is an exhibition of original paintings by Adeche Atelier (Adwoa Botchey and Solomon Adebiyi), bringing together African folklore, mythology and cultural expression through contemporary fine art. Rooted in research and visual storytelling, the exhibition traces how communities across the continent have used image, ritual, and material culture to make meaning of the body, the spirit, and the world around them.
Across a series of acrylic and oil works, Shaped From Earth moves through four interwoven themes, each one a different way of “making” the human and the sacred.
